About
-
A space where you can come as you are to explore any challenges you are facing, with the aim to help you move forward and make changes.
-
You’ll be working with a coach with lived experience of neurodivergence, who understands the unique strengths and challenges of a neurodivergent brain.
Neurodivergent coaching is more flexible than traditional coaching. We approach goals with compassion and curiosity, holding in mind demand avoidance and motivational and energy challenges that can occur with our unique, neurodivergent brains.
-
Sessions are a space for you to verbally process ideas and lay down your overwhelm, your burnout and your inner critic.
We can look at practical tools you can implement in a way that feels manageable and catered to you.
-
Sessions are one hour online, either weekly or fortnightly.
Current rates are £60 per session for self funded clients. Quotes are available for Access to Work and Employer funded clients.
Most clients benefit from a block of 6 sessions, which can be extended.
Information on how to apply for an Access to Work grant can be found here.
Your coach
Hello! I’m Ellie. I was diagnosed with ADHD aged 40 and have more recently been exploring my autistic traits. Before my diagnosis I spent a lifetime wondering why some things felt so hard that seemed so easy for others.
I had some coaching through Access to Work after my diagnosis and it really helped me move forward after a period of feeling stuck in my self employed business. It was also helpful to explore what the diagnosis meant for me, and to start making sense of it.
I trained with ADHD Works, first graduating as an ADHD coach before taking their Advanced AuDHD coach qualification, which explores the paradox and push - pull of having ADHD and autism.
Before this, I worked as SEN support in schools for many years. I am also a jewellery designer / maker. I live in Bristol with my husband and two children and I’m a lover of cats, books and music.
