You’ll be working with a coach with lived experience of neurodivergence, who understands the unique strengths and challenges of a neurodivergent brain.
Neurodivergent coaching is more flexible than traditional coaching. We approach goals with compassion and curiosity, holding in mind demand avoidance and motivational and energy challenges that can occur with our unique, neurodivergent brains.

Coaching can help with any areas of your life you feel stuck. You might want support with task paralysis, executive functioning challenges or limiting self beliefs.
Sessions are a safe space for you to verbally process your thoughts and lay down your overwhelm, your burnout and your inner critic.
We can look at practical tools you can implement in a way that feels manageable and catered to you.
Sessions can also provide gentle accountability if this is something that helps you move towards your goals.

Sessions are one hour online, either weekly or fortnightly.
Current rates are £60 per session for self funded clients. Quotes are available for Access to Work and Employer funded clients.
Most clients benefit from a block of 6 sessions, which can be extended.

No, you do not need a formal diagnosis to access coaching. Self identification is valid and coaching can support you no matter what stage of the journey you’re on.
